Consultation has concluded
The Sunday Creek and Dry Creek Flood study project has commenced and we are seeking community input.
The study will build knowledge about the flooding behaviour of rivers and creeks in this catchment. This will help inform emergency planning, emergency responses and future land-use planning.
Photos, records and stories wanted
You can help us build our database for this study by sharing:
old photos of significant floods you may have collected or found
historical rainfall records
river/creek height records that you may have observed or recorded.
Any information you can share with us will help to validate and calibrate flood models so we can create accurate flood maps for our region.
Survey
You can load your photos or information by completing the survey on this page.
Drop in sessions
You can visit us at one of our drop in sessions.
Project partners
This study has been funded by the Federal Governments Natural Disaster Resilience Grant Scheme (NDRGS).
