Where: Kilmore Memorial Hall, 14 Sydney Street, Kilmore

Talk with a fitness or health professional, find out more about local services in Mitchell Shire and enjoy free activities including:

  • Healthy cooking demonstrations, tastings and recipes
  • Bike n blend smoothies
  • Health checks and body composition scanning
  • Reiki scans and mini tarot readings
  • 15 minute reflexology sessions
  • Fitness competitions and giveaways
  • BBQ lunch
