You can download and print the exhibitor registration form from the document library on the right hand side of this page. Please return your form to community.development@mitchellshire.vic.gov.au.

Alternatively, printed surveys can be dropped off at Council's Customer and Library Service Centres or mailed (no stamp required) to:
