Survey for Formal Volunteers

Not sure if you are an informal or formal volunteer?

A formal volunteer is one who is formally registered with a community group or not-for-profit organisation, and the volunteering is formally recognised by the organisation. 

You are eligible for this survey if you are currently a formal volunteer or have formally volunteered in the past. We are seeking feedback from all formal volunteers, including volunteers at larger organisations (e.g. CFA), or smaller community groups (e.g. environmental groups).
