Online 223 Submissions (Road Management Plan)

Submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 (“the Act”).

Submissions must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 16 May 2017 and can be made online or via hard copy. 

As part of the section 223 Local Government Act requirements, all submissions lodged with Council will become public documents and will be available for inspection by the public.

Anyone who has made a written submission is entitled to appear in person (or by a person acting on their behalf) at Council’s Hearings Committee.
