We have created a Property Holding, Acquisition and Disposal Policy and we're looking for your input.
The Policy has been drafted to ensure that Council's property transactions are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of probity, relevant legislation and align with Council strategies and policies.
The Policy will provide criteria which will support integrity, impartiality, accountability and transparency in property transaction decisions and it will ensure Council is achieving its strategic goals in its property management decisions.
