Lower Whiteheads Creek Flood Study Working Group

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOW OPEN
We're looking for people who are interested in helping to identify flood management improvements for lower Whiteheads Creek, particularly where the water travels from Delatite Road and through Seymour and on to the Goulburn River.
Council is inviting nominations from community members to work alongside staff from Council and the Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority as well as a flood modelling consultant.
It is anticipated there will be four meetings and some site visits with the first meeting to be held in early October.
We're looking for a mix of people who bring knowledge of:
Local flood history and behaviour
A mix of skills and attributes to complement other members of the committee including environmental interests and knowledge
