Consultation has concluded
Mitchell Shire Council manages a substantial property portfolio for the benefit of the community including commercial and community buildings and land.
It is important that Council has agreements in place for the use of these different types of properties.
We've developed a draft Policy that considers the way Council leases or licenses its owned and/ or managed land and buildings. It is a general policy that outlines the principles of leasing and licensing and to help support fair, equitable and transparent processes for all types of facilities.
We're seeking input from tenants and the wider community about the draft policy.
Your input
We'll be contacting current tenants and user groups directly and we're also seeking input through a short survey.
