Draft Mitchell Library Strategy consultation closed

Mitchell Shire Council sought community feedback on the Draft Mitchell Library Strategy. The draft set out a vision for high quality, contemporary library services and explored how collections, programs and services could support literacy, wellbeing and social inclusion as our community grows.

The draft outlined plans to continue delivering community-centred library services over the following five years, while building capacity to meet future needs.

How people had their say

Community members could complete a survey or attend an online or in-person drop-in session at Kilmore, Seymour or Wallan Library.

Consultation closed at 9am on Tuesday 13 June 2023.
