Council Plan and Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025-2029

Tell us what you think are the key priorities for the next four years.

We are developing the new Council Plan and Health and Wellbeing Plan for 2025-2029.

This important document will set the strategic direction of the Council and outline our actions to improve health and wellbeing. It is informed by the Community Vision Mitchell 2050 themes:

  1. Vibrant community
  2. Working, learning, tourism
  3. Travelling and getting around
  4. Shaping neighbourhoods
  5. Nature and parks
  6. Climate action

How to get involved

This is your opportunity to guide what Council should focus on for the next four years. Whether it's through our survey, or a face-to-face discussion at one of our community pop ups, we're listening. Complete the survey online or hard copy and go into the draw to win a hamper of local products up to the value of $300!

  • Online complete the survey
  • In person talk to us at one of the pop ups
  • By mail reply paid hard copy surveys are also available at Customer and Library Centres across the Shire.

If you are really keen to influence decision making, why not register for our Community Panel?
