Fortnightly prize draw
Participants can go into the draw to win a fortnightly prize just by submitting a survey online or via hard copy.
- People who have completed the Community Wellbeing Survey will go in the draw to win a fortnightly prize, a Fitbit at the value of $100.
- The prize draw is only available to people who completed the Community Wellbeing Survey in full via the Engaging Mitchell Website or submitted a hard copy via Mitchell Shire Council approved ballot boxes.
- Individuals who complete the Community Wellbeing Survey online will be required to register through Engaging Mitchell and submit their contact details first to be eligible, for the purpose of contacting them to physically redeem their prize.
- Individuals who have completed a hard copy (printed) version of the survey will be required to also submit a ‘Competition Entry Form’ to be eligible, for the purpose of contacting them physically to redeem their prize.
- Those people who completed the Community Wellbeing Survey via Engaging Mitchell but have not registered, will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Those people who completed the Community Wellbeing Survey via hard copy/paper based
- format and have not submitted an entry form will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Only persons who are aged over 18 years of age and either live, work or study within
- Mitchell Shire will be eligible to receive the prize.
- The competition commences Wednesday 1 February 2017 at 12:01am AEST and concludes
- on Friday 31 March 2017 at 11:59pm AEST.
- Four Fit Bits at the value of $100 each are being offered fortnightly as the prize.
- Individuals can only enter the competition once, and only when they have completed and submitted the Community Wellbeing Survey. Only one person will receive the prize each fortnight.
- Prizes will be drawn electronically at random via a number generator by a Council employee each fortnight.
- Winners will be contacted by phone and email each fortnight.
- Council employees will not be eligible to win.
