We worked with the communities of Seymour, Kilmore, Tallarook and Tooborac to adopt a community-based approach to preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergency events by delivering resilience activities and developing Community Emergency Management Plans.

These community plans are emergency management plans developed by and for specific communities, in conjunction with the Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee or local Control Agencies (such as CFA, SES, Victoria Police, etc.).

We sincerely thank the community for their input, your support and local knowledge were invaluable in shaping these community-led documents.

How to get involved

We now invite you to review the draft plans and share your final thoughts, at this stage Tallarook is in draft, and the others will be ready for feedback shortly.
