Chittick Park Master Plan

Mitchell Shire Council is developing a Master Plan to help guide the future use and development of open space and facilities in Chittick Park in Seymour.

We're currently seeking input from people who use Chittick Park and from the wider community to help shape the draft master plan.

Following this, the community will be provided with a draft Master Plan for further consultation.

Get Involved

There are a number of ways you can get involved in this initial round of consultation.

Direct Engagement

We'll be contacting groups that use Chittick Park directly as well as other identified groups with a key interest to discuss their current and future needs and their ideas for the future of the site.

Community Survey

  • Take the survey online or mark you feedback on the map (see link below)
  • Hard copies are available at the Seymour Customer and Library Service Centre, Recovery Hub and Seymour Sports and Aquatic Centre
  • Contact Council and we'll send you a copy of the survey.

Email Submission

Email submissions from individuals or community groups can be emailed to recreation@mitchellshire.vic.gov.au.

Closing Date

The initial round of consultation closes at 9am, Friday 25 August 2023.
