Submissions will be considered at a Hearings Committee meeting of Council to be held on Monday 6 June 2016 at 7pm in the Council Chambers.
Council will meet to adopt the Budget, Strategic Resource Plan or Rating Strategy on 20 June 2016.

Submissions must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 24 May
2016 and can be made online or via hard copy.
As part of the section 223 Local Government Act requirements, all submissions lodged
with the Council will become public documents and will be available for inspection by the
public.
Anyone who has made a written
submission is entitled to appear in person (or by a person
acting on their behalf) at Council’s Hearings Committee.
