  • Host 2020 Australia Day Awards and Citizenship Ceremony - Expression of Interest

    We looking for community organisations to host Mitchell Shire Council's 2020 Australia Day awards and citizenship ceremony.

    Please complete the form below to submit your expression of interest. 

    Prefer hard copy?

    • Download and print a hard copy survey form from this website.
    • Pick up a submission form from a Customer and Library Service Centre in Broadford, Kilmore, Seymour or Wallan.
    • Send us a written submission by email to mitchell@mitchellshire.vic.gov.au. 

    Submissions close Monday 6 May 2019

    If you are a community group wanting to discuss the expression of interest with your group, but your next meeting falls after the closing date, please submit an expression of interest anyway. You can always withdraw your submission at a later date.
