Have Your Say on Our Draft Capital Works Program
We’re planning for the future – and we want your input. Our draft capital works program outlines a $855 million investment over the next 10 years, including more than $245 million in new projects over the next four years.
In the first year alone, we’ve secured $23 million in grants and external contributions to help deliver a $54 million works program, which includes 31 new projects.
These projects will upgrade existing infrastructure and build new roads, footpaths, walking and cycling paths, and bridges. We’ll also develop community facilities, stadiums and pavilions, sporting reserves, parks, and playgrounds – creating spaces for everyone to enjoy.

- Pyalong Recreation Reserve Hall Refurbishment (2027/28)
- Bald Hill Community Centre, Beveridge (2028/29)
- Wallan East Recreation Reserve Planning and Design (2026/27 – 2028/29)
- Muyan Community and Children's Centre, Wallan East (2026/27)
