Wallan Town Centre Plan and Urban Design Framework has been adopted by Council
On 19 September 2016, Council resolved to adopt the Wallan Town Centre Plan and Urban Design Framework as follows:
1. Adopt the Wallan Town Centre Plan and Urban Design Framework 2016
2. Adopt the Access and Movement Plan
3. request Council officers to commence preparing the statutory documentation to implement the Wallan Town Centre Plan and Urban Design Framework into the Mitchell Planning Scheme pursuant to Section 4 of the Wallan Town Centre Masterplan and Urban Desigtn Framework via a Planning Scheme Amendment
