If this happens to you, can you please record the following details and send to email@example.com
- Your internet browser (eg. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) and, if possible, you're version number
- What type of device you are on (eg. laptop, desktop, mobile device, tablet)
- Details of the problem (eg. nothing happened after you hit submit or you received an error message).
- The time and date that this occurred
