Trouble submitting?

We've had a small number of reports of people having technical problems when they hit the submit button on some surveys.

If this happens to you, can you please record the following details and send to engaging.mitchell@mitchellshire.vic.gov.au

  • Your internet browser (eg. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) and, if possible, you're version number
  • What type of device you are on (eg. laptop, desktop, mobile device, tablet)
  • Details of the problem (eg. nothing happened after you hit submit or you received an error message).
  • The time and date that this occurred
This will help us investigate the problem.

You can send your submission via the hard copy form, or, if you're comfortable emailing your submission, you can send it to engaging.mitchell@mitchellshire.vic.gov.au
