Do you support the introduction of an 'On-Leash' Order?

Mitchell Shire Council wants to understand the Community's feelings about the introduction of a Shire-wide On Leash Order that would mean all dogs would need to be on a leash when off their owner's property or in public places.

Dogs would still be able to be exercised off-leash in designated off-leash areas and fenced dog parks across the Shire .
