Community Questions Submission Form
A Question Time session will be held during each Community Questions and Hearings Committee meeting.
The purpose of the Question Time is to enable matters to be clarified or questions answered, not for opinions or statements to be made and to be recorded correctly in the minutes.
Questions must be submitted and received by council before 12 noon on the Friday prior the Community Questions and Hearings Committee Meeting.
Any questions received after this time will be held over to the next Community Questions and Hearings Committee meeting.
You can ask a maximum of two questions per submission.
Please ensure you read the guidelines prior to submitting to ensure your question meets the requirements.
