We've released our draft Public Transparency Policy for community feedback.

Under section 57 of the Local Government Act 2020 we must adopt and maintain a public transparency document,

This policy formalises our commitment to transparent decision-making processes and public access to Council information.

The policy includes:

  • increased community confidence and trust in Council through greater understanding and awareness
  • improved Council visibility and performance
  • and access to information that is current and easily accessible.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

  • Provide a submission online
  • Provide a hard copy submission
    * Our Customer and Library Service Centres are currently closed. If you would like us to mail you a hard copy, or you are unable to print, please call us on 5734 6200
