At Mitchell Leisure Services, we are committed to delivering the best possible experience for our members and visitors. As part of this commitment, we conduct an annual survey to gather your feedback and track how we are progressing in the community’s eyes over time. Your input helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

We want to hear your thoughts on all aspects of Mitchell Leisure Services, including our opening hours, customer service, facilities, Learn to Swim program, group fitness classes, pools, gym, outdoor pools, stadiums, crèche, and more. Your feedback helps us make meaningful improvements across all our Centres.

Your responses will be carefully reviewed and used to shape future enhancements to our facilities, programs, and services. By running this survey annually, we aim to track our progress and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our community year after year.

Following our 2025 Annual Survey and the feedback provided by our Leisure Community, a range of program and service enhancements have been introduced over the last 12 months including the introduction of virtual reformer Pilates facilities.
