All personal information (including images) collected by the Proponent and Mitchell Shire Council will be used for the Council’s business purposes and kept confidential except as permitted in the above Terms and Conditions of Entry. These details will not be disclosed to third parties unless the Council is required to disclose the information under other legislation or disclosure is necessary to complete the purpose for which it is sought. You may access information you have provided to the Council at any time and make corrections if you believe that information is incorrect. Copies of the Council’s Information Privacy and Security Policy, together with details of how you may contact Council, are located on Council’s website at www.mitchellshire.vic.gov.au. 

    Promotional period 

    Competition opens 1/11/2025 AEST and closes 30/11/2025 AEST. 

    Who can enter? 

    1. Entries can only be received from individuals over the age of 18. 

    2. Mitchell Shire Council staff, contractors and Councillors immediate family are not eligible for entry to the competition. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin. 

    3. Entry to the competition is free.

    4. Winners will be announced on 1/12/2025 via email or phone at 12pmAEST. 

    5. If a winner cannot be contacted by 8/12/2025, Council may opt to determine a new winner. 

    6. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, corrupt or invalid submissions. 

    7. Council reserves the right to ask for proof of age and association to the Mitchell area. 

    8. By entering the competition, you have agreed to all terms and conditions.
