To make an online submission, please read the draft plan and then complete the online submission form below. We have also prepared some FAQs and provided links to some other supporting documents and information. 

Prefer hard copy? 

• Download and print a hard copy survey form from this website or from a Customer and Library Service Centre in Broadford, Kilmore, Seymour or Wallan.
• Send us a written submission by email to community.development@mitchellshire.vic.gov.au
• Send us a written submission by mail to Mitchell Shire Council - Draft Community Recovery Plan, Reply Paid 70358, 113 High Street, Broadford, Vic, 3658
• Drop a written submission to our Customer and Library Service Centres.
