Input on the cycling survey has now closed. A forum will be held in early 2021. For updates on this project please contact Council's Engineering Team on 5734 6200.
The Community Cycling Survey is out now. We would like to know what would make you more likely to cycle in Mitchell Shire.
We’d like to get a handle on how we can boost Mitchell Shire’s cycling experience for both casual and seasoned riders. Whether you like to stroll through town, hit a trail, jump a dirt mound or head to the skate park we want to better understand the cycling experience.
We want to promote a cycling experience within our community and understand what benefits it can have for our general wellbeing and the economy.
Have you got any ideas on how we can improve the cycling experience? We want to hear from you.
Mitchell Shire is conducting this survey to better understand our community’s wants, needs and wish list.
Three forums are being planned to bring together community members and Council to discuss on-road cycling, off-road cycling and why people jump on their bikes. These forums will be held in 2021.
