Rate capping: what is your preference?

The State Government has introduced a rate cap of 2.5% for all Victorian councils. 

This will remove $633,000 from Mitchell Shire Council's 2016/17 budget. 

Mitchell Shire Council is seeking community input to confirm community preferences for service and infrastructure levels. 

This information will help inform a decision in March about whether to apply for a rate cap exemption for 2016/17.
