Colin Officer Flora Reserve, Broadford - Draft Management Plan
The Colin Officer Flora reserve, next to the Broadford Golf Course, is a special 13.7-hectare area with important environmental, social, and cultural values. It's home to a variety of orchids, wildflowers, and more than 100 native bird species and rare and threatened species such as the Golden Sun Moth and Gang Gang cockatoo.
Following community and stakeholder engagement, the Draft Colin Officer Flora Reserve Management Plan is now available for public consultation.

Your feedback will help shape the final plan. Here’s how you can participate:
- Read the draft management plan
- Complete the submission form below OR
- Pick up a hard copy survey from the Broadford Customer and Library Service Centre
- Mail to Mitchell Shire Council, Reply Paid 70358, 113 High Street, Broadford, Vic, 3658 (no stamp required)
Closing date
Submissions close 5pm, Monday 28 April 2025.
