Budget and Strategic Resource Plan submission

Submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 (“the Act”).

As part of the section 223 Local Government Act requirements, all written submissions will become public documents available for inspection by the public.

Submissions will be considered at a Special Budget Meeting meeting to be held on Monday 4 May at 7pm in the Council Chamber, 113 High Street, Broadford.

Anyone who has made a written submission is entitled to appear in person (or by a person acting on their behalf) at the committee meeting.

Council will then consider adoption of the proposed Budget and Strategic Resource Plan and any changes at the Council Meeting on Monday 22 June.
