Consultation has concluded

We've prepared a draft budget for the next year and a draft Strategic Resource Plan for the next four years.

We're seeking your input.

  • Step 1: Read the draft budget and associated information or attend a budget information session or Councillor consultation forum
  • Step 2: Decide whether you'd like to provide feedback informally or as a Section 223 submission
  • Step 3: Complete our online or hard copy feedback or submission form

Submissions need to be received by 5pm on Wednesday 23 May.

Formal submissions will be considered at a Hearings Committee Meeting (4 June) before the Budget and Strategic Resource Plan are considered for adoption at the June Ordinary Council Meeting (25 June).

    Information sessions

    We're holding information sessions to run through the draft budget and answer any questions you may have about the budget or the budget process. Councillors and staff will be in attendance.

    • 7pm, Monday 30 April: Seymour Chittick Park Community Place
    • 7pm, Tuesday 1 May: Wallan Family and Children's Centre
    • 7pm, Thursday 3 May: Kilmore Customer and Library Service Centre (John Taylor Room)

    Councillor consultation forum
    There will also be a Councillor consultation in Pyalong.
    • 7pm, Wednesday 9 May, Pyalong Recreation Reserve (Supper Room Hall)
    Please note, this is a Councillor-led forum and staff will not be in attendance.
