We are now accepting nominations for the 2019 Australia Day Awards.

Nominations can be made via the online form below or alternatively, you can download a hard copy form below and return it via one of the following channels:

Hard copy nomination forms are also available at our customer and library service centres or by calling 5734 6200.

Nominations have been extended and now need to be received by 8.30am on Monday 26 November, 2018.

    Thanks for choosing to nominate someone for an Australia Day Award. All you need to do is select the category you'd like to nominate them for and complete the form below. The categories available are:

    - Community Group of the Year
