  • Seymour Revitalisation Community Working Group

    We're seeking expressions of interest from people interested in joining the Community Working Group for the Seymour Revitalisation project.

    The group will provide direct input into the development of a business case which will seek to deliver future government investment in Seymour.

    The Seymour Revitalisation project is an important partnership project which brings varies State Government Departments together with Council and the community to achieve:

    • The development of a business case for future investment in Seymour (being led by Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning)
    • Important improvements to Chittick Park, Goulburn Park and Kings Park
    • The next stage of a feasibility assessment for linking Seymour to the Great Victorian Rail Trail at Tallarook
    • The Getting Seymour Business Back on Track event (being led by Seymour Railway Heritage Centre)
