Mitchell Shire Council has drafted its first Life Stages Strategy.

The strategy:

  • is a planning framework to ensure that people are valued, supported, connected, resilient, healthy and well as they transition through the stages of life.
  • responds to changes in International, Australian and Victorian government policy, our extensive experience in service and program delivery, consultation with community members and organisations as well as research and data analysis.
  • will lead the collective efforts of service providers, policy makers and community towards improved outcomes for people in all stages of life in Mitchell.

We are seeking your input in order to better understand the priorities for you and your family members at your stages of life.

Submissions close 9am Monday 2 September 2019.
